          Principles for resolving complaints

When resolving complaint, we will follow the following principles: 

  • Always meet the requirements of the customer and resolve all the complaints with high priority.
  • When resolving complaints we will comply with Mongolian laws and regulations.
  • Complaints will be resolved effectively, efficiently and promptly.
  • Continuously improve products and services based on customer complaints. 

         

          How to report complaint

You can report your complaint to Arig Bank staff, through phone, email, post office, online chat, social media site or by personally meeting with Complaints Manager.

Meet with Complaints Manager

You can visit Arig Bank main office to meet with Complaints manager.

Report your compaint at any branch close to you

If you can't go to the main office to meet with the Complaint Manager you can visit a branch close to you to report a complaint.

  • Report a complaint to branch close to you

          What informations are required in order to report a complaint?

In order to resolve your complaints faster we will need the below information.

  •            Who/What is the subject of your complaints: Name of the staff
  •            Location of incident: Name of the branch
  •            Date of incident
  •            What product/service have been received?
  •            Summary of complaint/issue
  •            As a result of making complaint, is there any outcome you would like? If yes, please provide details.
  •            Name of person making complaints
  •            Contact information of the complainant: Phone number, Email address

 

          How to track your complaint progress

After the initial complaint has been reported, we will contact the complainant within the agreed time to notify about the complaint progress.
