If you are engaged in foreign trade and receive an e-mail asking to transfer the payment to another account due to the fact that the account information of your client has changed, please note that you must call the client to clarify whether this is true.

If you are under any pressure to make this transfer due to the loss of personal photos and videos from online communication with a foreign national, please notify the Police immediately.

If you accidentally receive information about winning the lottery and receiving a large amount of cash on your computer or mobile phone and try to transfer this transaction as an advance, please note that this may be a crime of electronic fraud!

If you suspect that any of the above incidents have happened to you, you can contact the Police Department at 11-311606, 102 for information and advice, and receive online applications and complaints from the Police Department at www.service.police.gov.mn You can submit your application on the site.

Our bank uses the SWIFT network to carry out foreign payments and remittances within 1-3 working days through its own and international customer bank accounts. SWIFT means the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications or its network.

  •  How does a foreign transfer differ from other transfers such as Money Gram and Western Union? - Money Gram and Western Union services have the advantage of effecting the remittances to the recipient in a short time, but the service is limited only to individuals. The service fee is relatively high, only the remitter pays the fee and the amount of the transfer is limited. On the other hand, foreign remittances can be transferred by both individuals and organizations, the fees are relatively low, and the transfer amount is unlimited.
  •  Is it compulsory to pay the first remitting bank fees? – The first remitting bank’s fees are optional and will be deducted from your transferred amount if not paid.
